Project Manager We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, construction, and hospitality. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project-related risks. Ensure timely and within-budget project delivery. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field, or equivalent experience. At least 4 years of experience in project management, construction, or a related field. Strong knowledge of project management principles, practices, and tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Project Management or related field. Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
