Position: Senior Construction Project Manager Location: Winston-Salem, NC Pay: $130,000 to $150,000 annually Experience: 10+ years of experience/knowledge of construction, design, and finance management required. Education: Must have a 4-year engineering degree or equivalent combination of experience and training/experience. Type: Full-time; Direct Hire Greene Resources is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to join a growing and dynamic team! Job Description: Plan, organize, and assign key field positions to align with project demands. Establish project goals, policies, procedures, and performance standards within company guidelines. Oversee construction progress through direct supervision of on-site Superintendents. Act as the primary liaison with clients and subcontractors to coordinate construction activities. Represent the company in project and strategy meetings, ensuring alignment on deliverables. Manage contract financials, including fee payments, equipment rentals, income, and expenses. Supervise Superintendents, Project Managers (I and II), and operations admin staff. Mentor team members and ensure adherence to company Best Practices (FLB), including participating in revisions and improvements. Conduct regular site reviews with Superintendents to enforce the project safety plan and address any safety concerns immediately. Participate in company-wide strategic planning initiatives. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery processes. Position Requirements: Proven ability to implement innovative management techniques to maximize team performance. In-depth knowledge of industry standards, corporate practices, and their application in daily operations. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, including diplomacy and influence. Advanced understanding of cost accounting and construction technology. Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word. Committed to ongoing professional development and training. Demonstrates integrity, punctuality, and accountability in all interactions with clients, partners, and internal teams.
