Florida Certified Contractors, LLC is a General Contractor focused on Multi-Family repair/remodel/renovation, Hotel interior renovations, and High-End Residential repairs. We have one (1) Project Manager position to fill covering all of NE, Central and South Florida.

As a Project Manager, you will oversee and coordinate all aspects of projects. The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction, while maintaining safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead teams effectively.

> First year on-target total compensation including bonuses, $100,000 plus bonuses

> You live within 40min of St Augustine, FL and/or are willing to travel throughout the state as needed.

*> You are familiar with Lean Construction systems and methods, including the Lean Construction Institute (LCI)*

> You have experience making Project Schedules (Gantt Charts) for projects $1,000,000+

> On projects, you are the most organized person in the room.

* Superior personal organization skills and communication skills * You proactively plan for contingencies and buffers * You run incredible meetings and huddles

*> You are a fierce reader and committed to continuous improvement, including the Elevate Construction series. You listen to the Elevate Construction Podcast.*

> You make decisions easily and feel confident taking responsible for the output of the team

> You actively use a Project Management App to stay on track (ie, Procore, BuilderTrend,etc)

> You have a competitive spirit and a desire to implement change and personal improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
