We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Infrastructure Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, a thorough understanding of construction processes, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders. This role requires proficiency in construction management software and a solid background in blueprint reading and project coordination.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera for project tracking and reporting.
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all tasks are aligned with project milestones.
Review schematics and blueprints to ensure compliance with design specifications.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure safety standards are upheld.
Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and forecasting future costs.
Prepare detailed reports on project status for stakeholders, highlighting any risks or delays.
Facilitate communication among team members to foster collaboration and resolve conflicts.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction management software; experience with ProCore, Primavera, Civil 3D, Bluebeam is highly desirable.
Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding of schematics.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and team members.
Familiarity with construction site operations and safety regulations.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
