We’re growing and looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact commercial construction projects from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

Manage all phases of commercial construction—from preconstruction to project closeout Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation Lead coordination between owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors Supervise on-site operations to ensure safety, quality, and timeliness Forecast project needs and proactively identify and resolve issues Enforce site safety and OSHA compliance standards Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and problem-solving Monitor contract compliance, change orders, and project milestones

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred 7+ years of experience in commercial construction project management Proven track record managing large-scale builds in healthcare, education, or municipal sectors Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam) Strong knowledge of construction documents, contracts, and building codes Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Commitment to safety, integrity, and quality craftsmanship
