Were seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of data center projects from early-stage design through construction and commissioning. This is a high-impact role in a mission-critical industry, offering the opportunity to work on large-scale infrastructure projects with a top-tier team. What Youll Do: Manage the full lifecycle of data center projects: planning, design, construction, and closeout Lead design development from Basis of Design through construction drawings Oversee day-to-day site execution and ensure construction progresses according to plan Coordinate with developers, general contractors, engineers, and internal stakeholders Manage the fit-out of data halls, including electrical systems, HACs, fiber, cat6, PDUs, busways, and server cabinets Track project costs, schedule, and progress, and provide regular status reports to executive leadership Handle submittals, RFIs, installations, and commissioning milestones across multiple sites

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field 7+ years of experience managing large-scale construction projects (data center experience preferred) Background in high-power infrastructure such as hospitals, labs, fabs, substations, or manufacturing facilities is acceptable Strong knowledge of construction principles, scheduling, and project planning Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Professional licensure (PE, NCARB, RA) strongly preferred
