Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Construction Project Manager position include: Minimum 10 years’ experience in residential construction, with hands-on knowledge across multiple trades such as plumbing and electrical Ability to manage 4–6 projects simultaneously, with typical budgets ranging from $20K–$300K Strong leadership skills to foster a positive team culture and guide subcontractors toward timely project completion Excellent client communication throughout the project lifecycle to ensure satisfaction and service excellence Proficiency in MS Office and adaptable to other software platforms (such as Zoho) Ensure permits, inspections, and materials are handled promptly and efficiently Able to estimate and manage change orders and ensure all work stays within scope On-site, local travel only with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, with bonus potential up to $50,000.
