We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Infrastructure Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, a thorough understanding of construction processes, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders. This role requires proficiency in construction management software and a solid background in blueprint reading and project coordination.
*Responsibilities*
* Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
* Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
* Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera for project tracking and reporting.
* Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all tasks are aligned with project milestones.
* Review schematics and blueprints to ensure compliance with design specifications.
* Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure safety standards are upheld.
* Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and forecasting future costs.
* Prepare detailed reports on project status for stakeholders, highlighting any risks or delays.
* Facilitate communication among team members to foster collaboration and resolve conflicts.
*Requirements*
* Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry.
* Strong knowledge of construction management software; experience with ProCore, Primavera, Civil 3D, Bluebeam is highly desirable.
* Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding of schematics.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and team members.
* Familiarity with construction site operations and safety regulations.
* Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
* A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $92,919.00 - $125,000.00 per year
