Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily on-site construction activities from mobilization through project completion.- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel.- Enforce strict safety standards and ensure OSHA compliance.- Conduct jobsite safety meetings and submit required safety reports.- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure worksite.- Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and clients.- Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to plans and specifications.- Review and approve T&M tickets; manage field documentation using Procore.- Support procurement, logistics, and material tracking on-site.- Submit daily field reports and weekly photo documentation.

Qualifications:- College Degree or 5 years experience in commercial or industrial construction supervision .- Strong knowledge of ground-up construction, TI projects, site work, MEP coordination, and finishes.- Proficient in Procore construction management software.- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel- OSHA 10-hour certification required.- High school diploma or GED required; additional training or certifications preferred.- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.- No criminal record; clean driving record and professional presentation.- Willingness to travel for out-of-town projects as needed.

Schedule: Full-Time - Monday to Friday
