About the Role You'll lead and manage electrical design projects (multifamily, commercial or residential), oversee load calcs, distribution, lighting, emergency systems, structured cabling/AV/security, and mentor project teams. Compensation & Benefits

What You'll Need

* BS/MS in Electrical Engineering * Must have an active P.E. license (TX or ability to obtain one in Texas) * Must have experience in lead commercial & residential building projects. * 5+ years building systems experience. Consulting experience is a plus! * Strong project leadership and client communication skills
