Senior Engineering Manager - Construction - Base Salary to 170k/year - Muncy, PA Our client, with over 75 years in business and renowned for contributing to architectural achievements worldwide, is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to join their team.

The Senior Engineering Manager will lead engineering efforts to develop or improve products, systems, or processes; manage projects from planning through delivery; prioritize schedules to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes; establish methodologies to drive best practices and training; and collaborate cross-functionally to identify new opportunities.

Responsibilities: Establishes and monitors overall engineering objectives and initiatives

Provides overall managerial and technical direction for the engineering team

Serves as a subject matter expert for assigned product categories

Reviews and approves staffing resources and project schedules

Monitors engineering team progress and ensures project requirements are met

Collaborates with stakeholders to address quality, schedule, and productivity issues

Acts as a liaison between engineering and other departments to resolve questions or issues

Stays current with new technologies and implements improvements to enhance capabilities

Qualifications: Bachelor’ s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field

8+ years of experience leading an engineering function

Professional Engineer (PE) registration with active membership in a professional engineering society

Proficiency in CAD and Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) software

Compensation: Base salary to 170k/year
