Job Description

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for:

• Completing projects on time and within budget
• Processing/approving project invoices & client requisitions on time
• Monthly cost to complete/project financial projections
• Positive client feedback/satisfaction
• Effectively collaborating & communicating with internal/external parties
• etc.

The Successful Applicant

The right Senior Project Manager will have:

• 5+ years as a Project Manager, running projects start through completion, with a Commercial GC
• Completed ground-up multifamily projects valued around $10M+
• Must be able to run own projects
• Must be coming from a commercial General Contractor
• Track record of meeting deadlines
• Local to Scarborough, Maine
