STV is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager - Aviation (Architecture, Construction) to join our national aviation team. This position may assist aviation clients across the country who require support with aviation projects. Candidates should be within a reasonable commute to a major airline hub, such as DFW, IAH, ATL, EWR, ORD, LGA, SAT, BWI, or Dulles .
The primary objective of the Senior Project Manager is to build and maintain positive client relationships and to achieve or exceed the projected profit margins for projects.
Job Responsibilities: Organize cross-functional activities to coordinate project tasks, including deliverables, schedules, and budgets.
Manage and direct the development of proposals, project initiation, execution/control, and closeout for planning, Environmental Impact Statements, design, and construction projects. Responsible for project budgets, change requests, and invoicing.
Participate in or lead project-specific marketing efforts, proposal preparations, and presentations to secure projects.
Plan the complete project execution and develop the project manual.
Schedule and monitor manpower requirements against project budgets and spending, managing scope, schedule, cost, cash flow, quality, communication, coordination, resources, procurement, and risk to optimize client service, quality, and fiscal responsibility.
Establish a contractor-client liaison network to keep stakeholders informed about project planning, start dates, and progress.
Monitor projects from initiation through delivery, including manpower development, execution, and updates.
Form a project team that meets regularly to coordinate responsibilities and tasks according to schedule.
Submit documents to federal, state, and local authorities for code compliance and permits.
Hold regular project progress meetings to ensure contract terms, conditions, and specifications are met.
Ensure project personnel adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, and that manpower, equipment, materials, and quality procedures are managed for timely resolution.
Supervise, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operation.
Compensation Range: $153,483.98 - $204,645.30
