Senior Project Manager: Commercial Construction

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects throughout the Miami, FL metro area. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies Monitor project progress and proactively address issues or delays Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders and senior leadership Mentor junior project managers and site teams
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is strongly preferred, but applicants with extensive industry experience will also be considered. Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial construction project management Proven track record managing large-scale projects Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations Proficiency in project management tools such as Procore or MS Project PMP or CCM certification is a plus Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
