Job Details:

Senior Project Manager (Commercial Construction) Construction Management- General Construction- GC/CM Commercial Construction company focused on delivering large commercial projects within the local DE/PA/NJ area is actively seeking to add an experienced senior project manager to the staff. Large scale ground-up, renovation, and addition commercial construction project experience are required. Hospital, healthcare, hospitality, higher education, schools, institutional, academia, and corporate office building type project experience.

Experience managing large multi-million-dollar projects in the ~$5-25+ million range

Relevant commercial project experience required (Hospital, healthcare, hospitality, higher education, schools, institutional, academia, and corporate office building type project experience)

Ground Up experience desired

Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience

College Degree desired, NOT required (Engineering, Construction Management, building construction, Construction Science, Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or relevant degree)

Projects are based in the local DE/PA/NJ tristate area
