Senior Project Manager - Construction - K-12/Retail

Oversee all phases of K-12 or retail construction projects, from planning to completion. Coordinate and manage on-site construction activities and subcontractors. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Collaborate with school administrators, architects, and other stakeholders. Monitor compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and educational requirements. Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly. Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting. Facilitate effective communication among all project participants. Mentor and train construction staff on best practices and safety protocols. Implement project management strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize disruptions. Experience: Previous experience with general contractors, particularly with K-12 or retail projects. Familiarity with the construction process, project management, and building codes.
