Job Description Lead ground-up and large-scale tenant improvement projects in the entertainment and warehouse sectors Manage full project lifecycle: precon, buyout, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, client relations, and team leadership Collaborate closely with field leadership and preconstruction teams Serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded Mentor project engineers and assistant PMs, helping grow the next generation of leadership MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
