What your role entails

You’ll take charge of safety, quality, budget management, and team empowerment to ensure each project meets high standards and exceeds client expectations. From managing risks and coordinating subcontractors to fostering a strong safety-first culture and delivering on operational goals, this role is for someone who thrives on leadership and precision.

What we’re looking for

A degree in engineering, construction management, or related field (or equivalent experience). 10+ years of project management experience in healthcare construction. Expertise in LEAN, IPD, or IFOA methods in healthcare. Strong decision-making, financial, and team leadership skills.

Working Conditions

This role involves both office and fieldwork, including travel to job sites. You’ll work in diverse environments, ensuring adherence to safety standards.
