Broaddus & Associates is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager (SPM) to lead complex, large-scale healthcare facility project. The SPM will be responsible for full project oversight and will serve as the liaison between executive stakeholders, end users, and design/construction teams. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Total project oversight and reports up to Director and AVP of Design and Construction. Organize and run user group/leadership meetings Help select AE and CMR firms when necessary. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management (required) Minimum 10 years of healthcare construction management experience At least 15 years of total industry experience, with a strong preference for project delivery (CM/GC) over design-side background Experience working with institutional, government, or public sector clients Exceptional leadership and communication skills for engaging C-suite and clinical leaders Technical Skills: PE, CCM, CHC, LEED AP, or equivalent credentials highly preferred Proficiency in P6 (Primavera), Procore, e-Builder, or other PMIS systems In-depth knowledge of healthcare codes, standards, and regulatory requirements Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and politically sensitive environments Strong experience running user meetings, selecting design/construction teams, and overseeing complex capital projects Additional Qualities: Position is hybrid: Remote flexibility with travel to coastal bend sites as needed (3–4 days/week depending on project phase) or as necessary for meetings and oversight.
