As we continue to grow and expand our portfolio, we are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to the transformation of KC's skyline. Job Description Oversee all stages of project development, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery. Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure smooth project operations. Conduct risk management to minimize project risks. Develop comprehensive project plans and monitor progress regularly. Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders. Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations. Oversee project procurement management. Report and escalate issues to management as needed. The Successful Applicant A degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously, working directly with clients. Interior construction experience on either high-end commercial or residential spaces. Entrepreneurial, hands-on, driven, and passionate about working to the highest standards. Proven experience as a Project Manager, leading projects and capable of career advancement. Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in project management software tools.
