We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for an individual with a strong background in vertical construction and a passion for leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of large-scale, high-rise construction projects from planning to implementation. This is a permanent, full-time position that requires a hands-on approach and a "don't sit in the trailer" mentality.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of vertical construction projects from initial planning to completion. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Develop and implement project schedules, cost estimates, and resource plans. Manage and mitigate project risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary. Ensure all project activities comply with company and industry quality and safety standards. Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals. Maintain regular communication with all project stakeholders, providing regular status updates and handling any issues that arise. Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and ensure quality standards are being met. Resolve any site issues quickly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a project management role within the construction industry, with a focus on vertical construction. Proven leadership skills, with a track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve project goals. Strong knowledge of general contracting practices, including contract management, quality control, project scheduling, and budget management. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey project information to all stakeholders. Must be a "don't sit in the trailer" person, with a hands-on approach to project management and a willingness to be on-site as needed. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly and effectively resolve project issues. Proficient in project management software and other industry-related technology. Must hold relevant certifications (PMP, CAPM, etc.). Ability to travel as needed to oversee project sites.
