The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing large-scale, ground-up data center construction projects from start to finish. This is a permanent position offering an opportunity to work on some of the most sophisticated data center construction projects in the world. The Senior Project Manager will work closely with our clients and construction teams to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. This position requires an individual with a strong background in construction management, a keen understanding of data center operations, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all aspects of large-scale, ground-up data center construction projects. Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure flawless execution of projects. Develop comprehensive project plans and monitor progress continuously. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Report and escalate to management as needed. Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs. Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project. Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels. Use and continually develop leadership skills.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in managing large-scale, ground-up data center construction projects. Proven working experience in project management in the construction sector. Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in building and construction. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. Knowledge of building codes, standards, and building structures. Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
