Job Description

The Senior Commercial Superintendent will:

• Manage all on-site activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and construction teams to maintain quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements at all stages of construction.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement construction schedules.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project alignment.
• Prepare and review daily reports, ensuring accurate documentation of construction activities.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to foster professional growth.
