We are seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to join our industrial construction team based in St. Louis, MO. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale industrial projects and be open to travel.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of industrial construction projects from inception to completion Develop, monitor, and execute project construction plans and schedules Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients Manage on-site personnel and resources effectively

Qualifications

Minimum 15 years of construction field experience, with at least 10 years in industrial construction Proven experience as a superintendent on large industrial projects Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore) Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Requirements

Based in St. Louis, MO Willing to travel frequently for projects
