Description
Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
Review and interpret construction plans, ensuring alignment with client requirements and regulatory standards.
Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on construction schedule and budget performance.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols.
Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and project managers to resolve issues and ensure smooth project delivery.
Ensure proper documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders, is maintained.
Supervise, mentor, and train junior staff and subcontractors, promoting a productive and safe work environment.
Profile
Extensive experience in multifamily construction, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale residential projects.
Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of multifamily construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications accurately.
Expertise in project scheduling, budgeting, and cost management to ensure timely, on-budget completion.
Exceptional problem-solving skills to address challenges and resolve issues on-site efficiently.
Proficient in using construction management software and tools for project tracking and reporting.
Strong commitment to maintaining a safe, collaborative, and productive work environment on-site.
