The Site Electrical Construction Manager (CM) will oversee and coordinate the electrical installation process, ensuring all work is completed to the highest quality standards. They will be responsible for reviewing blueprints, verifying wiring installations, answering technical questions, and ensuring that all electrical work is in line with current regulations and safety standards. Clear and transparent communication among the team is paramount to the success of the Site Electrical CM.

How You'll Make an Impact Safety Compliance Turn Over Package documentation Technical Questions and Answers Planning and Supervision of Electrical Installations Progress tracking and verifications Leadership and Continuous Improvement What You Bring Must have electrical trained certifications or accredited apprenticeships or a degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field Must have 5+ years proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or Superintendent or a similar leadership role in High Voltage Industry - Substations, Power Generation etc Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints, schematics, and Single Line Diagrams EPC Construction experience is highly preferred Excellent leadership and communication skills. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation practices, and safety standards. Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
