Job Overview: Xanadu Builders is seeking a driven, experienced, and versatile Site Superintendent to oversee a variety of out-of-state commercial and residential construction projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader to manage jobs from cradle to grave, representing our company on-site and coordinating with clients and subcontractors. You'll travel nationwide to project locations, staying for up to two months at a time to ensure the successful execution of construction activities.

Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the on-site leader and primary point of contact for contractors and clients- Manage day-to-day operations of construction projects nationwide- Ensure site safety, schedule adherence, and quality control- Read and interpret blueprints and construction documents- Perform light carpentry work and assist with other trades as needed- Document progress and communicate daily job status to project managers- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors- Address and resolve issues on-site in a timely manner- Maintain compliance with project specifications and building codes- Represent Xanadu Builders with professionalism at all times

Qualifications:- 5+ years of construction field experience (commercial and residential)- High school diploma or GED required- Strong blueprint reading skills- Excellent communication and documentation abilities- Capable of working independently and collaboratively- Carpentry skills required; plumbing and electrical knowledge a plus- Valid driver's license- Willingness to travel 100% of the time and remain on location for up to 2 months- Schedule flexibility, including weekends- Must be a non-smoker
