We’re Cross Creek Landscape Design + Build - a team of hard workers, creative thinkers, and Jesus-loving people who believe outdoor spaces should be beautiful and built with care - glimpses of Heaven on Earth. We specialize in crafting high-end outdoor living spaces - the kind of places where memories are made around a fire pit or on a stone patio under the stars.

And we’re looking for awesome humans to join our Landscape Crew.

What You'll Be Doing: You’ll work alongside a tight-knit team, bringing custom outdoor designs to life - think patios, gardens, rock walls, water features, and fire pits. You don’t need to be an expert (yet). We’ll teach you the rest - all we ask is that you show up ready to work hard, learn fast, and be kind.

What Matters Most to Us: We care about people - our crew, our clients, and our community. We believe in doing excellent work - every time, every project, every detail. We work hard, show up on time, and support each other like family.

Your Day-to-Day Might Include: Helping build beautiful outdoor spaces from start to finish. Digging, planting, lifting, hauling - real work, real results. Learning new skills in landscape installation, hardscaping, and construction. Working closely with your crew, following directions, and pitching in wherever needed. Creating a positive, respectful, people-first and God-honoring work environment.

What We’re Looking For: You’re 25+ years old and love working outdoors. Experience in landscaping or construction is awesome (but not required). You’re reliable, hard-working, and eager to learn. You’ve got a positive attitude and enjoy working on a team. You’ve got reliable transportation and can pass a drug screening.

What You’ll Get: $22-$25/hour (depending on experience). Bonus incentives for finishing projects on time. Room to grow - we love promoting from within. A 4-day workweek - Monday through Thursday, 10-hour days (3-day weekends!). A team that treats you like family, not just a number.
