The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Senior Construction Engineer to play a pivotal role in the design, planning, and execution of complex infrastructure, telecommunications, and building projects. This role requires deep technical expertise, a passion for innovation, and a strong commitment to safety, sustainability, and engineering excellence. As a Senior Construction Engineer, you will lead technical initiatives, provide expert guidance on construction methodologies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions. The Main Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy Architecture & Engineering Project Stakeholder Engagement Capability Development What We Look For in a Candidate Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. 7+ years of experience in construction engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven history of implementing innovative construction solutions or technologies. Strong understanding of construction codes, safety standards, and project delivery methods. Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification. Experience with Lean Construction, Integrated Project Delivery (IPD), or Design-Build. Familiarity with sustainability frameworks (e.g., LEED, WELL) and carbon reduction strategies. Knowledge of digital construction platforms (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore). Compensation This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors. Location Based Pay Ranges: $82,969 - $110,625 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY. $87,117 - $116,156 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI. $91,266 - $121,688 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
