TileBar is seeking a Sr. Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage new showroom and facilities construction projects from inception to completion.

This role requires a combination of leadership, technical expertise, and effective communications skills to coordinate with various stakeholders, subcontractors, and team members.

Project Management

Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring accurate cost estimation and tracking. Understanding project management methodology focusing on risks to projects delivery which includes identifying and forecasting project issues with the objective of mitigating risk. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for new showroom and refresh projects Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Real Estate, Finance, Accounts Payable, Marketing, IT, Visual Merchandising, Retail Work with FF&E PM to project orders and understand long lead times Ensure vendor invoices are being processed and paid in a timely manner Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying critical path milestones. Maintain comprehensive project documentation for future reference Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors. Monitor expenditures, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed Compile TI documentation and prepare TI package in timely manner Conduct regular site visits to each open project Quality Assurance Ensure adherence to local building codes, safety regulations, and other relevant standards. Establish and enforce quality control and safety protocols throughout the project. Implement corrective measures to address deviations from project plans. Identify potential risks and challenges and develop risk mitigation strategies. Communications Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Establish clear communication with internal partners, external vendors, etc. Communicate schedule and budget changes to relevant stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in construction management, or a related field preferred 8-10 years proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in retail, hospitality or restaurant roll out Strong attention to detail Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and industry best practices. Proficient in project management software and tools. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Auto CAD, Microsoft office
