Job Title

Lead and manage all on-site construction activities to meet specifications, schedule, and safety requirements.

Oversee the performance of craft workers and subcontractors.

Manage and process RFI's, Purchase Orders, and Change Orders efficiently.

Collaborate with various disciplines on the job site to ensure project success.

Participate actively in preconstruction activities to prepare for project execution.

Proven experience in commercial construction and working as a general contractor.

Minimum of 8 years of experience working as a Superintendent with a General Contracting firm.

Extensive experience in new construction, renovations, and fit-outs.

Demonstrated experience in healthcare, higher education, or data center projects preferred. Will review large commercial experience as well.

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $125000.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Grandview Heights, OH.
