We're seeking an experienced individual with estimating responsibility knowledge as they apply to this position. We service a wide array of industries including automotive, aviation, education/childcare, food service, industrial, office, and retail clients within the Phoenix Metro area.

About the Position:
It's essential that you possess the knowledge, ability, and understanding of many aspects of construction estimating.
You'll have the opportunity to represent Fleming Complete directly with our clients.
This position will lead the estimating department with current team members reporting to you.
Your estimating responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Review plan rooms for upcoming bid opportunities
Identify and compute construction costs by analyzing labor, materials, and time requirements by studying proposals, plans, specifications, and related documents.
Communicate regularly with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and others in the commercial construction industry when bidding on current projects and for business development purposes.
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing results.
Complete takeoff for proposals and verification of subcontractor quantities for assigned bid projects.
Ensure correct pricing from vendors and suppliers prior to bid time.
Write proposals.
Attend Rollover Meeting to transition awarded project to Project Manager.

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Basic Qualifications:
10+ years' commercial construction experience
3 - 5 years' experience commercial construction estimating experience in the Phoenix/Metro area
Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship
Able to work independently
Able to work in team environment
Analyze information
Advanced to Expert computer skills including: MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, and any variety of bid systems similar to BidMail, BuildingConnected, ConstructConnect, etc.
Comfortable and capable of clear courteous verbal and written communications with customers and team members
Current valid Arizona Driver's License with a clean driving record
Detail oriented
High level of integrity
Practices diligence with a sense of urgency
Self-motivated
Sound judgement and critical thinking
