Overview: Senior Estimator(s) perform day-to-day functions for the firm’s estimating activities including, but not limited to, serving as the estimating lead on various data center and mission critical projects. Responsibilities includes pre-bid attendance as needed, bid management, vendor databases, cost databases, estimating software, and estimating best practices. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in data center construction estimating. The candidate should possess an understanding of contractual requirements, conceptual estimating, design drawings (P&ID, PFD, etc.) and project specifications. The candidate will have experience with design evaluation and qualtity surveying. The candidate should be able to understand risk assessment analysis and have proven estimating experience in multiple markets and geographic locations.

Location: This is a fully remote position and may be based anywhere within the United States. The role supports our operations both nationally and internationally. Candidates must be available to work during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM in their local time zone. Specific working hours will be finalized in coordination with the hiring team.

Establish timelines and estimating goals for effective and timely submittals. Ensure quality of services meets project requirements. Ensure effective communication and collaboration on estimates between all disciplines and parties. Provide risk and cost comparison analysis on estimates. LEED AP Scheduling Programs(Microsoft Projects preferred) Bilingual (English/Spanish) CAD and BIM experience preferred Qualifications: Qualifications B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent Minimum of 10 years of estimating on construction projects required Minimum of 5 years estimating data center projects required 3 years experience working on design of data centers preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Demonstrates solid presentation skills and verbal/written communication skills. Able to make decisions under tight deadlines. Proven hands on experience in estimating. Ability to independently produce conceptual estimates Proven ability to manage multiple projects/activities in a dynamic fast pace environment. Must have project scheduling and document control experience. Demonstrate an expertise relative to constructability as applied to construction methods and materials, and the economics involved with advance knowledge of construction, construction management, and design-build construction obtained through a combination of experience and education.
