Preferred Qualifications: - Ten years of experience managing construction, renovations, and/or maintenance projects in a correctional, industrial, or hospital environment. - Five years of experience performing hardening/security. - Five years of correctional security experience in supervisory role. - Sound working knowledge in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Project, etc.) - Five years of experience performing material take offs for construction, renovation, and maintenance projects. - Ten years of experience managing other subordinate managers/supervisors managing projects. - Knowledge of GDC property rules and regulations regarding equipment, inventory, and supplies. - Knowledge of State of Georgia purchasing rules and regulations. - Five years of experience managing multiple projects, budgets, and capital outlay planning. - Successful candidate must be highly organized and able to multitask
