Job Description

The Sr. Project Manager - Commercial Construction is responsible of Preconstruction Management Construction Operations Management Team Leadership - Capable of managing multiple direct reports and teams! The sucessful Sr. Project Manager - Commercial Construction has the following skills Ideally 10+ Years of experience in General Contracting 5+ years of experience managing construction project financial controls and project schedules Proficient in standard construction software's - Procore, MS Office, MS Project, etc. OSHA 30 Highly Preferred Strong project financial knowledge What's on Offer Company truck or truck allowance Gas card Health, Dental, etc. PTO Paid Holidays Bonuses
