Seeking a Senior Superintendent with experience leading Multifamily projects from start to finish. Their 1st project will be a 200+ unit Multifamily Development kicking off in August 2025. This role is responsible for supervising all on-site personnel and subcontractors to ensure daily operations are executed efficiently and projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with contract requirements. Description Senior Superintendent - Multifamily Construction - Greenville SC Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records and generate reports related to personnel, productivity, project updates, and other key operational data.

Oversee and coordinate daily field operations, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.

Interpret construction drawings to plan and execute project tasks effectively.

Take an active role in job site safety by conducting regular site walks, participating in inspections and training's, and engaging with both staff and subcontractors.

Track overall project and site progress, reviewing team practices to promote consistency, efficiency, and high-quality outcomes.
