Job Description
- Lead project planning and execution to ensure deadlines and budget goals are achieved.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory bodies throughout the project.
- Ensure all work complies with aviation regulations, industry standards, and safety requirements.
- Oversee budgeting and resource allocation, keeping costs under control.
- Track quality and safety performance to maintain high standards across the project.

The Successful Applicant
- Solid background in pre-engineered metal building or tilt-wall construction, especially within aviation or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Willingness to travel nationally as project demands require.
- Thorough understanding of aviation standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong leadership and clear communication abilities.
- Proven track record managing complex schedules, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time and budget.
- Solutions-oriented with the ability to quickly address and resolve challenges.
