Job Description

Manage day-to-day field operations on large-scale ground-up commercial and residential projects. Coordinate subcontractors, material deliveries, inspections, and job site logistics. Maintain safety standards, enforce compliance, and uphold project schedules. Collaborate closely with project managers, design professionals, and ownership teams. Lead quality control and ensure execution aligns with plans, budgets, and timelines.

The Successful Applicant

7+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial and/or residential projects $20M+ in value. Proven ability to manage complex ground-up builds from sitework through closeout. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Connecticut building codes, safety protocols, and inspection procedures. Tech-savvy with experience using construction software for scheduling and documentation.
