Key Responsibilities- Provide on-site leadership and supervision of daily field operations- Ensure subcontractor compliance with contracts, plans, and specifications- Enforce and promote strict jobsite safety and conduct weekly safety meetings- Oversee jobsite logistics and maintain the logistics plan in collaboration with the Project Manager- Conduct OSHA-compliant inspections and quality control checks- Coordinate site testing, inspections, and trade partner activities- Manage project schedule and proactively identify and resolve delays- Submit accurate Daily Reports and document project progress- Lead subcontractor and internal team meetings- Serve as the on-site representative for the Owner, Architect, and trade partners
Qualifications- 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction- Demonstrated leadership on both ground-up and renovation projects- Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety best practices- High school diploma or GED required; additional technical training is a plus- Excellent organizational and communication skills- Proactive, accountable, and calm under pressure

Schedule- Full-Time | Monday-Friday- Weekend or after-hours work may occasionally be required based on project needs
Location- On-site at project locations in Florida; travel may be required for regional work
