Your primary objective is to deliver successful projects by ensuring the efficient use of materials, labor, equipment, and contractors to complete projects on schedule, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. Duties Take responsibility for onsite construction of assigned projects, including: Coordinating subcontractors or multi-primes Maintaining positive relationships with Owners, Architects, Consultants, and Contractors Managing and supervising self-performed work items Processing requests for clarifications Updating as-built drawings Tracking costs and other items required for proper supervision Develop and update the project schedule regularly. Ensure progress photos are taken throughout construction. Prepare accurate and prompt daily reports. Comply with contract documents, ensuring materials and workmanship meet specifications and standards. Review shop drawings and submittals for proper coordination. Assist Project Manager in identifying and estimating work changes. Lead the implementation of safety plans. Collaborate with the assigned Project Manager as needed. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial and Public Works projects. Excellent attention to detail and numerical skills. Ability to prioritize and multitask in a busy job site environment. Ability to resolve issues independently, verifying facts before releasing documents. Good judgment, quick learner, and logical thinking. Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore and MS Project is a plus. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving history.
