Based in Augusta, ME we are an established and growing general contractor that has been building for 40+ years. We specialize in commercial and multifamily construction, including both ground-up and renovation projects in the local market.

Due to growth, we have an immediate need for an Project Manager.

Job Details

MUST HAVE

* Experience as an Superintendent at a GC * Experience with commercial construction. Preferably in vertical construction – projects involving ground up or structural builds rather than primarily interior fit ups or retail refreshes.

NICE TO HAVE

* Experience in vertical construction – projects involving ground up or structural builds * Primavera P6
