Job Title: Superintendent - Mechanical Construction

Summary:Lead and manage field operations for assigned projects, ensuring safety compliance and project efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and oversee job site activities.
  • Promote and enforce safety policies.
  • Evaluate and interpret construction documents.
  • Generate material takeoffs from drawings.
  • Manage materials, equipment, and company assets.
  • Direct and supervise crews and subcontractors.
  • Monitor field productivity and labor allocation.
  • Coordinate equipment and material deliveries.
  • Maintain necessary certifications and expertise.
  • Provide progress reports and attend coordination meetings.
  • Complete required documentation.
  • Assist Project Manager in budget adherence.
  • Utilize company-issued electronic devices and software.

Required Education and Experience:

  • 6+ years in commercial or industrial mechanical construction.
  • Prior supervision experience in similar projects.
  • Relevant licenses or certifications in plumbing, HVAC, welding, or related fields.

Position Type:Full-time, Monday to Friday, flexible hours. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.

Travel:Possible short- and long-term domestic travel.
