Job Description

Oversee On-Site Assembly: Coordinate the delivery, staging, and installation of modular units to ensure alignment with project plans.

Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all phases-from module delivery to final punch list-are completed on time.

Quality Control & Inspections: Inspect modular units and on-site work to ensure compliance with building codes, specifications, and quality standards.

Subcontractor Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors (e.g., cranes, utility connections, site prep crews).

Safety Enforcement: Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe worksite, especially during heavy lifting and modular placements.

Communication & Reporting: Serve as the liaison between off-site manufacturing teams, project managers, and site crews; provide regular progress reports.

Problem Solving & Issue Resolution: Quickly address site-specific issues such as misalignments, delays, or unexpected conditions affecting module installation.

  • Basic knowledge of a project's construction lifecycle.
  • Great attitude and care towards their work
  • 2-7 years of experience
  • Commercial or healthcare construction experience
