We provide fully integrated services—from concept to commissioning—for clients in the oil and gas industry. Our capabilities include project development, facility and pipeline design, procurement, construction management, and field construction services. Position Overview We are seeking a Facilities Superintendent to oversee and coordinate multiple construction projects within the oil and gas sector. This role is highly dynamic, involving day-to-day leadership in the field, coordination with subcontractors and clients, and ensuring all activities meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Maintain schedules, budgets, daily reports, and organized project documentation.
Coordinate work with subcontractors, clients, and vendors.
Receive and relay service requests from customers to crews and field personnel.
Recommend and coordinate appropriate equipment for projects.
Calculate required material quantities and manage material procurement.
Inspect equipment for readiness and compliance with project needs.
Manage transportation, testing, and maintenance of equipment.
Maintain accurate inventory and project records.
Dispatch crews for service assignments.
Prepare time reports and other necessary documentation.
Supervise and train team members.
Ensure all work is performed safely and to the highest quality standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of pipeline and/or facility construction experience.
Valid driver's license.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization and with external partners.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn industry-specific software.
Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
Preferred Qualifications Associate degree in a relevant field from a two-year college or technical school.
Physical Requirements This role requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, kneel, and crouch for extended periods, lift up to 65 pounds unassisted, and work in varying outdoor conditions, including inclement or extreme weather. The position also involves wearing a respirator when required and working in environments with loud noise, moving mechanical parts, vehicles, and hazardous materials.
