What You'll Do Own the Jobsite : You'll lead the day-to-day operations across 2-3 active projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly - from scheduling trades to managing site safety. Partner with PMs : Work closely with Project Managers to hit timelines, budgets, and quality expectations. You'll be the boots-on-the-ground voice of leadership and execution. Think Ahead : Proactively plan for materials, sequencing, and site readiness. You'll anticipate issues before they arise and create solutions before they're needed. Drive Quality : Maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship and cleanliness, ensuring Revival homes meet both design vision and durability goals. Communicate Often and Well : You'll be in constant communication with clients, trades, vendors, and your internal team. Clear, respectful communication is a cornerstone of your leadership. Use the Tools : You'll leverage Buildertrend daily to track schedules, submit documentation, and keep the team aligned. What You Bring 3+ years of superintendent or lead carpenter experience on residential renovations or custom builds Proven ability to manage schedules, subcontractors, and multiple priorities simultaneously Tech-savvy mindset (familiarity with construction management software a plus - Buildertrend experience ideal) A reliable truck and personal tools Physical ability to lift materials, climb ladders, and actively manage jobsite demands A growth mindset and genuine excitement about delivering high-quality homes Clear alignment with our values: Get Ahead of It.
