Who You Are
You're a natural leader who knows how to keep a jobsite organized, a schedule moving, and a team aligned. You take responsibility without hesitation and communicate with clarity and purpose. You're energized by the details, driven by progress, and proud of a job done right. Most of all, you care about your work, your team, and the experience you deliver to our clients.

What You'll Do

• Own the Jobsite: You'll lead the day-to-day operations across 2-3 active projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly - from scheduling trades to managing site safety.
• Partner with PMs: Work closely with Project Managers to hit timelines, budgets, and quality expectations. You'll be the boots-on-the-ground voice of leadership and execution.
• Think Ahead: Proactively plan for materials, sequencing, and site readiness. You'll anticipate issues before they arise and create solutions before they're needed.
• Drive Quality: Maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship and cleanliness, ensuring Revival homes meet both design vision and durability goals.
• Communicate Often and Well: You'll be in constant communication with clients, trades, vendors, and your internal team. Clear, respectful communication is a cornerstone of your leadership.
• Use the Tools: You'll leverage Buildertrend daily to track schedules, submit documentation, and keep the team aligned.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of superintendent or lead carpenter experience on residential renovations or custom builds
• Proven ability to manage schedules, subcontractors, and multiple priorities simultaneously
• Tech-savvy mindset (familiarity with construction management software a plus - Buildertrend experience ideal)
• A reliable truck and personal tools
• Physical ability to lift materials, climb ladders, and actively manage jobsite demands
• A growth mindset and genuine excitement about delivering high-quality homes
