We are seeking a seasoned Superintendent with strong experience overseeing K-12 educational construction projects to join a leading general contractor based in West Palm Beach, Florida. Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, specs, schedules, and safety standards

Coordinate daily activities with subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders

Lead daily site meetings and maintain accurate project documentation and reports

Monitor quality control and manage resolution of field issues

Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and promote a culture of safety

Maintain project schedule and provide progress updates to the Project Manager and executive team

Collaborate with school administrators and district officials to minimize disruptions during active school periods

Profile Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up or renovation K-12 school projects

Proven ability to lead projects from pre-construction through closeout

Strong knowledge of local building codes, school board regulations, and public procurement processes

Effective communicator and leader, able to manage subcontractors and coordinate with school district personnel

Proficient in construction management software such as Procore, MS Project, or similar platforms

OSHA 30 certification preferred
