Superintendent - Mechanical Construction Lead and manage field operations for assigned projects, ensuring safety compliance and project efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Organize and oversee job site activities. Promote and enforce safety policies. Evaluate and interpret construction documents. Generate material takeoffs from drawings. Manage materials, equipment, and company assets. Direct and supervise crews and subcontractors. Monitor field productivity and labor allocation. Coordinate equipment and material deliveries. Maintain necessary certifications and expertise. Provide progress reports and attend coordination meetings. Complete required documentation. Assist Project Manager in budget adherence. Utilize company-issued electronic devices and software. Competencies: Safety Consciousness Teamwork Collaboration Flexibility/Adaptability Initiative Dependability Communication Proficiency Mechanical Expertise Planning Material Takeoff Print Reading Leadership Skills Required Education and Experience: 6+ years in commercial or industrial mechanical construction. Prior supervision experience in similar projects. Relevant licenses or certifications in plumbing, HVAC, welding, or related fields.
