An established General Contractor is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to oversee a high-rise multifamily project in the heart of Miami, Florida. This is a ground-up role requiring an experienced leader who can drive schedules, manage trades, and maintain quality on vertical structures exceeding 20 stories. Lead the on-site construction operations for a high-rise multifamily project from groundbreaking through final turnover.
Manage and coordinate all subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project plans and specifications.
Oversee quality control, safety compliance, and scheduling to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and ownership team, providing regular progress updates and resolving field issues in real time.
Maintain daily logs, inspection records, and ensure adherence to permitting and city regulations.
Profile The ideal candidate will have at least 7-10 years of construction experience with a strong background in ground-up high-rise multifamily projects. They must be highly organized, a proactive problem-solver, and possess the leadership skills to manage a dynamic construction site. Previous experience with towers over 20 stories and proficiency in scheduling software such as Procore or Primavera is preferred. Job Offer
