As an Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating construction efforts through in-house and contracting labor for new construction, maintenance, and rebuild projects. You will ensure the safety and quality of work performed within the construction department as well as the hiring, training, development, and performance management of staff.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM Required Qualifications Experience: 3+ years construction work experience Education: High School Diploma or equivalent work experience Associates degree in electronics or related field, or equivalent experience Industry and vendor specific certifications and training (NCTI, SCTE, BCT/E) Technical Skills:  Knowledge of city, county, and state clearance codes, able to read and understand maps, drawings, and diagrams for project Abilities:  Able to read, write and speak the English language to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communications. Able to read and understand blueprints, able to communicate in a clear, straight-forward, professional manner Skills:  Strong communication, able to motivate others, excellent leadership skills Travel Ability: Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
Preferred Qualifications Experience: Supervisory or leadership experience - 1+
